About Us

Doxa Christian Church  is a spiritual community desiring to know God, to grow in Christ and to show the world who Jesus is. Doxa is the Greek word for glory as found in the text of the New Testament. Doxa Christian Church is a church with a mission to lead souls to accept Jesus as their savior, their Lord and their life, so that they can celebrate God's glory, reflect it and be transformed by the perfect beauty of God. Doxa exists mainly to serve the gospel of Christ all communites in creole, French and English and to touch every soul everywhere.
Dr Jean marc Desire surrendered to preach at 18 years of age and has been involved in ministry in Haiti for over 30 years. He has a diploma in broadcast engineering from Cleveland Institute Of Electronics in Cleveland, Ohio. He has a graduate diploma in theology from Liberty Bible Institute Of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia; he holds degrees in Biblical Studies from Word Of life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake New York; a Bachelor in Theology from Bethany Divinity College and Seminary in Dothan, Alabama; a Master of ministry; a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Doctorate of Ministry at Luther Rice.
